Gift Card
Terms & Conditions
Once activated the value on this NQ64 Gift Card can be used as full or part payment at any NQ64 bar in the UK (excluding Dog Bowl).
The monies on the card cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance is forfeit.
All monies on the card must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase.
You should treat this gift card as cash.
This card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card.
NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the card on reasonable notice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Become a NQ64 Champion and refer friends to receive free NQ64 gift cards – terms and conditions
By becoming an NQ64 Champion, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- This scheme is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
- You will only receive a £5 gift card if the friend you referred NQ64 to redeems their gift card in any NQ64 location. If they do not redeem their gift card, you will not be emailed a £5 gift card.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Gift cards can be redeemed in any NQ64 location.
- Gift cards have a 1-year expiry date from the day you receive your emailed gift card.
- The scheme is subject to change or cancellation at any time at the discretion of NQ64 management.
Social media competitions
By entering a competition on any NQ64 Facebook or Instagram pages, you are agreeing to NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd storing and using your information for marketing purposes. We will not share your information with third parties unless you specifically agree to us sharing these details and you can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from emails or emailing us directly.
Promotions are no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook and Instagram from any and all liability associated with this promotion. Entrants are providing information to NQ64 Arcade Bars Limited and not to Facebook or Instagram.
Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
- To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
- Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd.
- Entries must be posted on the original Facebook or Instagram post.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are not received for any reason, including if your security setting prevent us from contacting you regarding the competition prize.
- The winner will be the entrant(s) selected at random.
- The closing date is as specified in each competition, and NQ64 reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
- If you win a competition, we will notify you through your entry on the original post. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks (or before the redemption date), we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
- The prize cannot be transferable to another person.
- No prize or part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or services.
- If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize.
- Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
- Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by entering a competition.
- NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. We may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
NQ64 Gold Card – social media competition – terms and conditions
By entering the competition, it’s deemed that the entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated below.
Entry is via comment on the competition Instagram post. Extra entries can be gained via the signup form at http://www.nq64.co.uk/gccompetition.
Entry is open until 15/03/2023. Winner will be drawn by 6pm on 15/03/2023.
No purchase necessary.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent and has no monetary value.
Prize is not transferable.
No responsibility can be taken for any lost or delayed entries.
Winner must be 18 years old or over and may be asked to prove this when redeeming the prize in the bar.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via Instagram.
The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.
By entering, you agree to share your contact information with NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd.
The daily spending limit on the NQ64 Gold Card is £100.
The daily spending limit on the NQ64 Gold Card can only be used by the competition winner and one guest. ID may be checked to confirm holder is the correct person.
No more than 2 drinks may be ordered at any one time.
NQ64 Arcade Bars Ltd reserve the right to stop the promotion and rescind the Gold Card at any time between March 2023 and March 2024.
The use of the card will not be extended past March 2024.
If the gold card is lost or damaged it won’t be replaced.
Management has the right to refuse entry at any time
NQ64 Laser Quest – social media competition – terms and conditions
By entering the competition, it’s deemed that the entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated below.
Entry is via following NQ64laserquest and comment on the competition Instagram post. Extra entries by sharing on story.
Entry is open until 06/02/2024. Winner will be drawn by 6pm on 06/02/2024.
No purchase necessary.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent and has no monetary value.
Prize is not transferable.
No responsibility can be taken for any lost or delayed entries.
Winner must be 18 years old or over and may be asked to prove this when redeeming the prize in the bar.
The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified via Instagram.
The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

NQ64 Token competition – terms and conditions
By entering the competition, it’s deemed that the entrant accepts the terms and conditions stated below.
Entry is via following NQ64 Arcade Bars and sending an image of your token via DM.
Entry is open until 06/04/2024. Winner will be drawn by 6pm on 06/04/2024.
No purchase necessary.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent and has no monetary value.
Prize is not transferable.
No responsibility can be taken for any lost or delayed entries.
The winners will be chosen and will be notified via Instagram.
