1. Promoter

The promoter is NQ64 Arcade Bars (“NQ64”), operating participating NQ64 venues across the United Kingdom.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

Scratch cards may only be issued during the Promotion Period.

Prizes can be redeemed until 30th September.

3. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of NQ64, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not redeem major prizes unless otherwise agreed by NQ64 management.
  • Valid ID may be requested before alcohol-related prizes are redeemed.

4. How to Participate

  • Customers who purchase a Regular Pot of Tokens or Super Size Pot of Tokens at a participating NQ64 venue during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) scratch card per qualifying pot purchased.
  • Small Pot of Tokens purchases are excluded from this promotion.
  • Each scratch card contains a prize, offer, or reward.
  • No purchase of a qualifying token pot means no scratch card entitlement.
  • Scratch cards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

5. Prizes

All scratch cards contain one prize.

Major prizes include:

  • Invite to the new Soho bar

  • Nintendo 64 console 

Major prizes must be claimed in accordance with Clause 8.

6. Redemption of Venue Prizes

  • Venue prizes may be redeemed immediately or on a future visit.
  • All venue-redeemable prizes must be redeemed by 30 September 2026.
  • Any unredeemed prize after 30 September 2026 will be void.
  • Original scratch cards must be presented to redeem a prize.
  • Photocopies, photographs, screenshots, damaged cards, or reproductions will not be accepted.
  • Redeemed scratch cards will be retained by venue staff.

7. Alcohol-Related Prizes

  • Alcohol prizes are available only to customers aged 18 or over.
  • Challenge 25 applies at all participating venues.
  • NQ64 reserves the right to refuse alcohol service in accordance with licensing laws and venue policies.
  • No alcohol prize may be exchanged for cash or an alternative product unless required by law.

7.1 Scotland Venue Restrictions 

  • Due to local licensing requirements, certain alcohol-related prizes and promotional offers are not available at NQ64 venues located in Scotland.
  • Scratch cards issued at participating Scottish venues will not contain prizes consisting of alcoholic drinks, discounted alcoholic drinks, or any promotion that directly discounts the purchase of alcohol.

 

8. Claiming Major Prizes

  • Major prize winners must provide their full name, email address, telephone number, and a photo of their scratch card to [email protected]
  • NQ64 may request proof of age and identity before awarding a major prize.
  • Major prizes are subject to verification and validation by NQ64.
  • Failure to provide requested information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • NQ64 reserves the right to withhold prizes where fraud, tampering, or misuse is suspected.

9. General Prize Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • No cash alternative is available except where expressly stated.
  • NQ64 reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
  • Prize availability is subject to stock and operational requirements.

10. Online Bookings

  • Scratch card prizes cannot be redeemed, applied, or used as part of any online booking or pre-booked package. All scratch card prizes must be redeemed in the venue. 

11. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards

  • NQ64 accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, illegible, altered, or destroyed scratch cards.
  • Lost scratch cards cannot be replaced.

12. Fraud and Abuse

NQ64 reserves the right to:

  • Refuse redemption of any scratch card believed to be counterfeit, altered, duplicated, or otherwise invalid.
  • Disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, misconduct, or manipulation of the promotion.
  • Cancel affected prizes where fraudulent activity is identified.

13. Data Protection

  • Personal information collected from major prize winners will be used solely for the administration and fulfilment of prizes.
  • Data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and NQ64’s Privacy Policy.
  • Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual’s consent.

14. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • Subject to the above, NQ64 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize.

15. Promoter’s Decision

All decisions made by NQ64 regarding the promotion, eligibility, prize validation, and redemption are final.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
